Brian Gordon is a principal with Applied Analysis. His areas of expertise include market analysis, financial advisory services, business consulting, hospitality consulting and economic modeling. Gordon attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated with honors, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a holder of the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) credential by the American Institute of CPAs.

Gordon has performed numerous highest and best use analyses, market feasibility studies and market analyses for various developers and commercial real estate firms. He is the principal author of the Las Vegas Quarterly Market Reports covering the office, industrial, retail, apartment, and vacant land markets. Gordon also heads up SalesTraq, the firm’s residential research firm. He has also been retained as an expert witness in a number of litigation matters. He provides consultative services in a wide range of industries in both the private and public sectors. Gordon is actively involved in the community and participates in a number of trade associations and non-profit organizations.
